01Advisory role
MaroonBrick Capital Partners provides financial advisory, proposal structuring and funding coordination services. We are not the lending institution unless specifically stated otherwise.
Loan approval, interest rate, tenure, security, guarantee coverage, fees and disbursement are subject to lender credit appraisal, applicable CGTMSE guidelines where relevant, documentation, regulatory requirements and prevailing lender policy. CGTMSE does not itself sanction or disburse loans.
Nothing on this website should be construed as a guarantee of loan approval.
02CGTMSE-backed credit
The Credit Guarantee Fund Trust for Micro and Small Enterprises, set up by the Ministry of MSME and SIDBI, provides guarantee cover to eligible Member Lending Institutions on qualifying credit facilities. CGTMSE does not lend. The loan is appraised, sanctioned, priced and disbursed by the lender, and a borrower applies to the lender rather than to the Trust.
Guarantee cover is not an automatic approval. The lender remains responsible for credit appraisal, viability, documentation, pricing and sanction, and the borrower's full repayment obligation is unchanged. Coverage is subject to the prevailing ceiling and proportions, an annual guarantee fee applies, and primary security and promoter guarantees may still be required. Scheme terms are revised periodically. The current official scheme documents apply at the time of each proposal.
03Collateral-free facilities
'Collateral-free' always carries a qualification: primary security, promoter guarantees, margin, hypothecation and other conditions may apply depending on the facility and the lender.
04Confidentiality
All information shared by a client is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to any lending institution without the client's consent.
05Selected engagements
Names and identifying details in the engagements described on this website have been changed to protect client confidentiality. The structures and outcomes described are real.
Past engagements are not an indication of the outcome of any future case. Every sanction depends on the lender's own appraisal.
06Privacy
Information a client shares with us is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to any lending institution without the client's consent.
The enquiry form on this website does not send your details to us or to anyone else. It opens your own email application with your message filled in, and nothing is sent until you send that email yourself. This website does not store the information you enter.
